Responsibilities:
Vice President of Search Marketing
Karl is a very talented and determined individual, and one who has worn many hats here at All Web Promotion. Since joining our team in 2003, Karl has proved himself to be an asset to our company, and has worked his way from the front-lines of our search marketing department right up to his current position of "Vice President of Search Marketing". While his daily responsibilities do change from time-to-time, his primary duties do not. Karl is in charge of overseeing the development and growth of our search marketing department, and assists our co-owners with the managing of all company operations - service offerings, clientele, and office personnel.
Before arriving at All Web Promotion, Karl worked full-time for Wal-Mart retail and attended Illinois Valley Community College (IVCC), where he received a full scholarship for his participation in the IV Leader - the college's award winning newspaper. His achievements in the Graphic Design and Technology field are what first led him to the All Web doorstep. It was only after taking a position with our company that he first realized that search engines could be used as marketing platforms for both online and offline businesses. His interest in manipulating search engines and technology to grow our client's businesses has kept him in the front-seat of this vastly growing industry.
Karl, when not at work, can be usually be found out on his deck smoking a fine cigar, gaming on his Xbox, grilling, fine-tuning his yard, or enjoying the company of his wonderful, beautiful, perfect in every way and very supportive wife Jackie.

Fun Facts To Know
- Karl's wife Jackie makes the greatest cup-cakes ever – dubbed "Jackie Cakes". Occasionally, she'll bring in these tasty treats for the team to enjoy. We're seriously considering buying an oven for our office and hiring her part-time to make mid-afternoon snacks... they are that good!
- He is a BIG fan of the Beatles, and owns all of their albums. His favorite Beatle songs are "Here Comes the Sun" and "Come Together".
- Karl has become quite the chef as of late. He enjoys every aspect of cooking - from reading about recipes and techniques right down to the serving and tasting of his final products. His specialty seems to be outdoor grilling and smoking, but has created some very complex meals in the kitchen as well.
- Karl has had an abundance of nick-names throughout his life by close friends and family. Some of those that we are able to share with you are: "poochi-chu", "buddy", "t-bone", "popcorn", "special k", "carmalita-chu", "malitas", "bear", and most recently "earl". Believe us, there is a story behind each one of these... just ask him!

How did he get the job?
Similar to how Don Vito Corleone (The Godfather) dealt with the bandleader when he wouldn't let singer and performer Johnny Fontane out of his contract, Karl made us an offer that we couldn't refuse. Actually, rumor has it that he pretty much lied on his application.
